# Apply with proof, not a cover letter.

Lemma Apply is job matching for tech roles based on the skills you can prove. It ranks open roles by your Skills Passport, explains each fit, and builds a short application packet where every line links to its evidence. You review everything and press submit yourself.

## Roles ranked by what you can prove.

Apply reads roles from public Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job boards, and from any board, careers page or job description you add. Each role's skills are matched to your Skills Passport. A role is suggested only when at least one of its required skills is backed by a passed assessment or stronger evidence.

A fit score from 0 to 100, with the reasons behind it

The gap: required skills you have not proved yet, and the assessment or session that closes each

Nothing is ranked until you turn Apply on, and you can turn it off at any time

## From a role to a sent application.

Packets quote [your Skills Passport](https://getlemma.io/product/passport), and the fit score weighs each skill's tier and [SCI](https://getlemma.io/product/sci).

### An application packet

Short lines written for the role from your evidence, grouped by skill with the tier and SCI on the day it was made, each with a Verify on Lemma link. A line that names a number, date or claim the record does not hold is removed before you see it.

### Prepared for you, sent when you approve

For your best roles, Lemma prepares up to three packets a week. Nothing goes out until you approve one: approving turns its link on and counts as one of your packets for the month.

### Form filling, with you in control

On Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby forms, the Chrome extension fills the fields it knows: name, email, links and your packet. You see every value before it is written. Work authorisation, salary and demographic questions stay with you, and it never presses submit.

### Every application in one place

Saved, applied, interview, offer: each application keeps its status and the packet you sent. An optional weekly email lists your five best new roles; it stays off until you turn it on.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is Lemma Apply?

Lemma Apply is the job search part of Lemma, in beta. It ranks open roles by the skills your Skills Passport can show, explains each fit score, and builds an application packet where every line links to its evidence. A Chrome extension can fill application forms, but you always press submit yourself.

### Does Lemma Apply submit job applications for me?

No. Apply suggests roles and writes the packet, and the Chrome extension can fill the fields of a Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby form after you review each value. Pressing submit is always your own action on the employer's site. Questions about work authorisation, salary or demographics are never filled.

### Which job boards does Lemma Apply read?

Public job boards on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, read through their official feeds. You can add any board on those systems, link a company careers page, or paste a job description. Workday and other systems are not covered yet.

### Can an employer check what an application packet says?

Yes. Each line of a packet names the skill, its tier and SCI on the day the packet was made, and links to the record on your Passport. Lines are checked against the evidence they cite before you see them, so a packet cannot claim a number or a name the record does not hold.

### How many application packets can I make each month?

Free includes 3 packets a month, Pro 30 and Ultra unlimited. Finding and ranking roles, the gap analysis and the weekly email are free on every plan.

### What do I need before using Lemma Apply?

A published Skills Passport and evidence on at least one skill a role asks for. Roles are suggested once one of their required skills is backed by a passed assessment or stronger evidence, so an assessment is the quickest way to start.
