What is a developer skills passport?

A developer skills passport is one record of the technical skills you can show, with the evidence behind each one. On Lemma, every skill links to live sessions, adaptive assessments and connected work from GitHub, Figma or Vercel, each with its source and date. The Passport document is signed, and you choose what to share.

Is a skills passport the same as a government skills passport scheme?

No. Several countries and regulated industries run skills passport schemes, such as site safety cards or national qualification records. Lemma's Skills Passport is an independent record for technical skills like React, SQL or Figma, built from live sessions, adaptive assessments and connected work.

How do I share my skills passport with a recruiter?

Send a link to the whole Passport or to selected skills only. The recruiter opens it in a browser and sees each published skill with its evidence and dates, then opens a skill to follow it back to the records behind it. Skills you hide stay hidden.

Can someone check that a Passport really came from Lemma?

Yes. The Passport document is signed, so a reader can confirm that Lemma issued it and that it has not been changed since. The evidence underneath is append-only: corrections, revocations and disputes are added as new events rather than erased.

What does a developer skills passport show besides a score?

Each skill shows its SCI from 0 to 100 with the drivers behind it: which sessions, assessments, peer confirmations and connected proofs added points, and when. A reader sees the record, not only the number, and can tell recent evidence from old.

Can I export my skills passport as a PDF?

Yes, on Pro and Ultra. Every plan, Free included, can share a link to the full Passport or to selected skills, and the shared view keeps each skill connected to its evidence. Pro and Ultra add the PDF export and a custom Passport URL.
