By accessing or using the Lemma platform, website, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Lemma, Inc. ("Lemma," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Lemma provides a skill verification and peer learning platform that enables users to prove their abilities through live peer sessions, build verifiable skill passports, and connect with opportunities. The Service includes web and mobile applications, APIs, developer tools, and associated content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You may not assign or transfer your account to any third party without our prior written consent.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lemma, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Lemma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lemma, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months for the Service giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
