Terms of Service
The agreement between you and SkillSwap Ltd, trading as Lemma.
Version 1.0 · In effect from 15 October 2026 · Last updated 17 October 2026 · Current page
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
1.1 The Company
Lemma is operated by SkillSwap Ltd, trading as Lemma, a private company limited by shares registered in the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE 475899, registered office Dodekanisou 18, Office 201, 7060 Larnaca, Cyprus. "Lemma" is a business name registered by the Company under the Registration of Business Names Law, Cap. 116 (Legal Notice, clause 1.7). The Company is not currently registered for VAT ("Company", "we", "us"). "Lemma" and the "Platform" mean the websites, applications and APIs we operate, including https://getlemma.io and https://app.getlemma.io.
1.2 Identification details
The details required by the Electronic Commerce Law 156(I)/2004 and Art. 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC are in the Legal Notice, linked from every page.
1.3 What these Terms are
These Terms bind you and the Company from the moment you create an account or otherwise use the Platform. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Lemma.
1.4 Documents incorporated by reference
These form part of these Terms and prevail over them on any subject they govern: Privacy Policy; Acceptable Use Policy; Community Guidelines; Refund & Cancellation Policy; Learning Credits Terms; SCI Methodology & Rights Notice; Notice & Action Policy; Copyright & IP Policy.
1.5 Other agreements
Teaching on Lemma is governed by clause 5A. Organisations using the Verification API are governed by the Developer API Terms, Verification Services Agreement, Data Sharing Agreement and Data Processing Agreement; those are business agreements and do not apply to Consumers. Capitalised terms have the meanings given here and in the documents in clause 1.4; a "Consumer" is a User acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Minimum age
You must be at least 16, and you confirm this when you sign up. This is our own floor, above the Cyprus age of digital consent of 14 (GDPR Art. 8(1); Law 125(I)/2018, s. 8).
2.2 Age assurance
We ask you to confirm your age at sign-up and do not require identity documents. Where signals suggest a User may be under 16, or a feature carries higher risk (such as the Verification API, clause 2.3), we may ask for a further proportionate check (EDPB Statement 1/2025 on age assurance). Methods: Privacy Policy.
2.3 Users under 18 and the Verification API
Users under 18 are excluded from the Verification API entirely. No SCI of a User under 18 is disclosed to an API Client, and no under-18 User may be the subject of a Verification, even with parental consent.
2.4 One account per person
You may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
2.5 Accurate registration data
Your registration information must be accurate, complete and current. Evidence Events and the SCI only mean anything if they attach to a real, correctly identified person.
2.6 Teaching earns Credits, not money
Teaching on Lemma earns Learning Credits that can be spent only on Lemma (clause 5A). We do not pay Users money.
3. Account security and responsibility
3.1 Keep your credentials confidential and use the security measures we offer. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where it results from our own failure.
3.2 Tell us at security@getlemma.io as soon as you suspect unauthorised access. We may then require re-authentication or restrict access temporarily, and where the law requires it we notify you of a personal data breach (GDPR Art. 34).
4. What Lemma is — and what it is not
4.1 We are an intermediary
Lemma connects Users who want to learn a skill ("Learners") with Users who teach it ("Practitioners"), providing partner suggestions, scheduling, video, assessments and Learning Credits. Any User can be a Learner in one Session and a Practitioner in another.
4.2 We are not a party to the teaching relationship
The teaching arrangement in a Session is between the Learner and the Practitioner, and we are not a party to it. We do not set Session content, do not supervise how a Practitioner teaches, and do not take on a party's obligations under it.
4.3 Practitioners are not our employees
Practitioners are independent Users, not employed by us and not our agents, partners or representatives.
4.4 No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that you will learn a skill, pass an assessment, reach any SCI score or obtain a job. We do not verify what Users say about themselves in their profiles: qualifications, job titles or experience. What we do record and check is set out in clause 8: activity on the Platform, confirmations from other Users, and the ownership of work you connect from GitHub, Figma or Vercel.
5. Sessions
5.1 Booking, cancellation and rescheduling
A Session is booked when a Learner requests it and the Practitioner accepts; the Learner's Credits are then held until the Session ends. Sessions run on LiveKit (clause 15). If a Learner cancels at least 24 hours before the start, all held Credits return to them; if a Learner cancels less than 24 hours before, half go to the Practitioner for the reserved time and half return. If a Practitioner cancels at any time, all held Credits return to the Learner and the Practitioner earns nothing. Detail: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5.2 No-shows
If a participant does not join within the grace period in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, a no-show is recorded against them and that Policy's Credit outcome applies.
5.3 Conduct
The Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy apply inside Sessions as everywhere else. Either participant may end a Session immediately if the other behaves abusively; report abuse to abuse@getlemma.io.
5.4 Technical failure
5.4.1 If a Session cannot proceed, or is materially degraded, because of a failure in the Platform or our video provider, it counts as not delivered: Credits return to the Learner and the Practitioner is not penalised. 5.4.2 If the failure is on a participant's own equipment or connection, the Refund & Cancellation Policy governs. We do not ask you to prove a negative: where the cause is genuinely unclear, a first occurrence is resolved in the Learner's favour.
5.5 No recording
We do not record Sessions, and the Platform offers no recording feature. Participants must not record a Session by other means without every participant's prior consent; doing so breaches the Acceptable Use Policy and may be a criminal offence. If we ever offer recording, it will be opt-in for every participant, and we will publish a policy and update these Terms first.
5A. Teaching on Lemma
5A.1 Prices are set by us. Session prices are fixed by the Platform, not by Practitioners: a standard 30-minute Session costs the Learner 200 Credits and a 60-minute Session 350 Credits.
5A.2 What a Practitioner earns. For a completed standard Session the Practitioner earns 120 Credits (30 minutes) or 210 Credits (60 minutes); the difference is our fee. A Practitioner whose SCI in the skill is 75 or more earns the full standard price (200 or 350 Credits), and we take no fee from it. Learners on the free plan pay an extra 80 or 140 Credits for a Session with such a Practitioner, which we keep; Learners on Pro and Ultra do not.
5A.3 Earned Credits are not money. Credits earned by teaching can be spent on Lemma and expire under the Learning Credits Terms. They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out or transferred.
5A.4 How we suggest partners. When we suggest Session partners, we rank them by: how well your skills match (whether you can teach each other, and the skill you are focused on, carry the most weight); schedule and time-zone overlap; shared languages; reliability (completed Sessions, no-shows and late cancellations); and how Sessions with them have gone for similar people. Some suggestions are chosen partly at random so that newer Users are seen. We also test changes to the ranking on groups of Users.
5A.5 Paid ranking. Users on paid plans rank higher. If the person being suggested is on Pro, their match score is multiplied by 1.15; on Ultra, by 1.30. Pro and Ultra subscribers also receive more suggestions each week, and their suggestions leave out people with any recorded no-show or more than one recorded late cancellation.
6. Learning Credits, subscriptions and payments
6.1 Learning Credits in summary
Learning Credits are a closed-loop internal accounting unit for paying for Sessions and certain features. They are not money, not a deposit and not electronic money, and we are not a bank, payment institution or electronic money institution. Credits are not redeemable for cash, not transferable between Users, bear no interest and work only for Platform services. Credits expire: Credits you buy expire 18 months after purchase, Credits you earn by teaching expire after 180 days, and free Credits expire sooner. You see each batch and its expiry date in your wallet. Detail: Learning Credits Terms.
6.2 Subscriptions
We offer a free plan and two paid plans: Pro at €12.99 a month, or €119.88 a year, and Ultra at €29.99 a month, or €299.88 a year. Each plan includes a monthly Credit grant (Free 200, Pro 600, Ultra 2,000 Credits) and the limits shown on our pricing page. Credit packs start at €4.99 for 550 Credits. The price shown is the full price you pay (clause 6.5).
6.3 Billing and auto-renewal
6.3.1 Subscriptions bill in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically until cancelled. 6.3.2 We send a pre-renewal notice before each renewal, stating the amount, the date and how to cancel. 6.3.3 You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Cancelling is no harder than signing up: it is in your account settings, with no need to contact us or give a reason (Law 112(I)/2021; Directive 2005/29/EC).
6.4 Price changes
We may change prices on at least 30 days' notice. If you do not accept a new price you may cancel before it applies and will not be charged it. Prices already paid for a current period never change retrospectively.
6.5 VAT
6.5.1 The Company is not currently registered for VAT, so we do not charge VAT and the price shown is the full price you pay. 6.5.2 If we register for VAT, we will tell you at least 30 days before VAT is charged, and clause 6.4 applies to any resulting price change.
7. Your right of withdrawal
7.1 The 14-day right
If you are a Consumer you have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without reason and without penalty (CRD 2011/83/EU, Art. 9; Law 112(I)/2021). Use the clearly labelled withdrawal function in your account (CRD Art. 11a, as transposed by Consumer Protection (Amendment) Law 30(I)/2026, in force since 19 June 2026), or write to legal@getlemma.io; we confirm receipt on a durable medium.
7.2 Credit purchases
If you withdraw from a Credit purchase within 14 days, we refund the price of the Credits you have not used. Credits already spent are not refunded. We do not rely on the digital-content exception in CRD Art. 16(m) for Credit purchases.
7.3 Subscriptions
A subscription starts when you pay, inside the 14 days, only if you ask for that (clause 7.4). If you then withdraw within 14 days, you pay only for the days used (clause 7.5), and the right ends once the service has been fully performed (CRD Art. 16(a)). Sessions booked with Credits are not separate purchases; cancelling them is governed by clause 5.1.
7.4 The wording we use at checkout
For subscriptions we capture this as two separate, un-pre-ticked, affirmative actions — never one combined tick:
☐ I ask Lemma to start my subscription immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
☐ I understand that if I withdraw, I pay for the part of the period I have used, and that I lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed.
This wording appears identically wherever it is used. We record both ticks, with the time, before you pay, and repeat both statements with that time in the confirmation email. Controlling version: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7.5 Partial performance and refunds
If you withdraw after performance has begun but before it is complete, you pay pro rata for what was actually supplied, measured against the total price; you do not forfeit the rest. Unused Credits return under the Learning Credits Terms. We refund by the payment method you used, within 14 days of being told. Detail: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Evidence Events, the SCI and the Skill Passport
8.1 Evidence Events
An Evidence Event is an immutable record of: a completed Session; a passed AI-Tutor practice drill; an assessment result; a confirmation of your skill by another User; or work you connected from GitHub, Figma or Vercel whose ownership we checked. No-shows, late cancellations and failed assessments are also recorded, because they lower the score.
8.2 The SCI
The Skill Credibility Index is a per-skill score from 0 to 100, computed automatically from your own Evidence Events. No human writes it.
8.3 Freshness
Part of the SCI (Freshness, up to 15 points) depends on how recently you produced evidence, so the SCI falls when you are inactive and recovers when you are active again. Mechanism: SCI Methodology & Rights Notice.
8.4 What the SCI is not
The SCI is computed only from Evidence Events about you in the skill, never from off-platform social behaviour or protected characteristics, and never reused for an unrelated purpose. It is also one of the factors in partner suggestions (clause 5A.4). These are binding commitments, not marketing claims.
8.5 Skill Passport
Your Skill Passport presents your SCI scores and supporting evidence. It is private until you publish it. You control whether it is published, paused or hidden.
8.6 Sharing with employers requires separate consent
8.6.1 Disclosure of your SCI to an API Client — an employer or other organisation using the Verification API — needs your separate, explicit, opt-in consent, granular per audience and freely revocable (GDPR Arts. 6(1)(a), 22(2)(c)). 8.6.2 That consent is never bundled into these Terms. Accepting these Terms permits no disclosure to any employer. Consent is asked separately, at the point it is needed, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it. 8.6.3 An SCI disclosed to an API Client can strongly influence a decision about you, so we treat it as an automated decision under GDPR Art. 22, following C-634/21 SCHUFA (7 December 2023).
8.7 Your rights over the SCI
You may obtain human intervention, express your point of view and contest an SCI or any Evidence Event feeding it (GDPR Art. 22(3)). These run through the SCI Review & Appeal process, with the deadline stated in the SCI Methodology & Rights Notice, which also gives meaningful information about the logic — the inputs, the points each can add, the Freshness rules, and a counterfactual explanation of what would have to change to alter your score (GDPR Arts. 13(2)(f), 15(1)(h); C-203/22 Dun & Bradstreet, 27 February 2025).
8.8 Annex III readiness
Our AI-assisted assessments, and the SCI they feed, are offered to employers to evaluate candidates. We plan on the basis that this is a high-risk AI system under Annex III point 4(a) (and possibly point 3(b)) of the AI Act (Reg. (EU) 2024/1689), whose obligations apply from 2 December 2027 following the Digital Omnibus (Reg. (EU) 2026/1744). Our roadmap is in the SCI Methodology & Rights Notice.
9. AI features
9.1 The AI Tutor and the assistant on our website are artificial intelligence systems, not people, and are labelled as such at or before your first interaction with them (AI Act Art. 50(1)).
9.2 AI-generated report cards and assessment questions are labelled as AI-generated where they appear. Some assessment answers are scored by an AI model. Detail: AI Transparency Notice.
9.3 AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It is educational support, not professional advice, and must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
9.4 We do not train AI models on your content. Our AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) process it only to provide the feature and, under their API terms, do not use it to train their models. If this ever changes, we will tell you in advance and give you a choice.
10. User Content
10.1 You keep all rights in your User Content; we claim no ownership.
10.2 You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, transmit and adapt your User Content solely to operate and promote the Platform. "Adapt" means technical changes such as transcoding and resizing, not changes to your meaning. It ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we must keep a copy to meet a legal obligation, defend a claim, or preserve an Evidence Event a counterparty relies on. We ask first before using User Content in promotion.
10.3 You confirm you own or are licensed to use your User Content, that it infringes nobody's rights, and that it breaches neither the Acceptable Use Policy, the Community Guidelines nor the law.
10.4 Ratings you give and receive form part of the record. You may request a download of your data at any time in your account settings, and we remove ratings only on the grounds in the Community Guidelines.
11. Prohibited conduct
11.1 The Acceptable Use Policy sets out in full what you may not do on Lemma and forms part of these Terms.
11.2 You must not:
11.2.1 game the SCI — fabricate or inflate Evidence Events, run Sessions that did not really happen, or automate simulated activity; 11.2.2 collude on ratings — trade, buy, sell or reciprocally inflate ratings, or coordinate them; 11.2.3 operate sockpuppet or duplicate accounts, or use another person's identity; 11.2.4 take a Session off the Platform that was arranged through Lemma in order to avoid paying for it in Credits; 11.2.5 scrape, crawl or bulk-extract Platform data, including Skill Passports, except through the licensed Verification API.
12. Content moderation and enforcement
12.1 What we may do
Where content or conduct breaches these Terms, an incorporated policy or the law, we may remove or restrict content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account — choosing the least intrusive measure that addresses the problem (DSA Reg. (EU) 2022/2065, Art. 14).
12.2 Grounds
Illegality; breach of these Terms or an incorporated policy; risk to User safety, particularly minors; fraud, payment abuse or SCI manipulation; and repeated or serious breach after warning.
12.3 Automated tools and human review
Some detection is assisted by automated tools, for example fraud and SCI-manipulation signals. Human review is available on request for every decision, and automated processing alone never suspends or ends an account.
12.4 Guaranteed human review where teaching is affected
Any restriction, suspension or termination affecting a Practitioner's ability to teach is reviewed by a person before it becomes permanent, and on request in every case. There is no fully automated, unappealable path to losing your earned Credits or your ability to teach on Lemma.
12.5 Statement of reasons
When we restrict your content or account you receive a statement of reasons under DSA Art. 17: what we did, its scope and duration, the facts relied on, whether automated means were used, the contractual or legal ground, and how to complain — at the latest when the restriction takes effect.
12.6 Internal complaint route
You may challenge any moderation decision free of charge at support@getlemma.io within 6 months of the decision. Complaints are handled in a timely, non-discriminatory and diligent way, decided by a person and answered with reasons. If we got it wrong, we reverse it.
12.7 Reporting illegal content
Report illegal content to abuse@getlemma.io under the Notice & Action Policy (DSA Art. 16); copyright complaints follow the Copyright & IP Policy. Our contact points are legal@getlemma.io for authorities (Art. 11) and support@getlemma.io for Users (Art. 12). We report suspected criminal offences threatening life or safety (Art. 18).
13. Suspension and termination
13.1 By you. You may close your account at any time from your settings. Credits are then handled under the Learning Credits Terms: on request we refund the price of unused Credits you bought with money; booked Sessions are cancelled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy; your data is deleted or retained per the Privacy Policy.
13.2 By us, on notice. We may suspend or terminate your account on 30 days' notice where you are in breach and have not fixed it after being asked, or where we discontinue the Platform.
13.3 By us, immediately. We act without prior notice only in serious cases: illegal activity, fraud, payment abuse, a credible risk to another User or a minor, or a deliberate attempt to manipulate the SCI. The statement of reasons under clause 12.5 follows at the latest when the measure takes effect; clause 12.4 still applies.
13.4 Refunds. Where we terminate other than for your serious breach, we refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription and the value of Credits bought with money.
13.5 Survival. Clauses 10.2 (as stated), 14, 16, 17, 19, 20 and 21 survive termination, with any provision that by its nature is meant to.
14. Intellectual property in the Platform
14.1 The Platform — its software, design, text, branding, assessment items, the SCI methodology and all related intellectual property — belongs to the Company or its licensors; nothing here transfers any of it to you.
14.2 While your account is open you have a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
14.3 You must not copy, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from it, except so far as mandatory law allows despite this clause.
15. Third-party services and links
15.1 We rely on third parties to run the Platform, including LiveKit (live video), Stripe (payments — we do not store your full card details), Vercel and Railway (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Resend (email), Google Firebase (sign-in and real-time chat), Sentry (error monitoring), PostHog (product analytics, with your consent), OpenAI and Anthropic (AI features) and Sanity (website content). If you choose to connect them, we also exchange data with Google Calendar, Telegram, GitHub, Figma and Vercel. Their roles and locations are in the Privacy Policy and the Subprocessor List.
15.2 Where personal data goes outside the EEA we rely on adequacy where the recipient is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, with the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses as a layered fallback (Privacy Policy).
15.3 The Platform may link to third-party sites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or terms.
16. Warranties and liability
16.1 Your statutory rights come first
Nothing here limits your rights as a Consumer under mandatory law, including conformity rights and the remedies of repair, price reduction or termination for non-conformity of digital content and services under Directive (EU) 2019/770 as transposed in Cyprus, and under Consumer Protection Law 112(I)/2021. Where anything here conflicts with them, those rights prevail.
16.2 What we promise
We supply the Platform with reasonable care and skill, and with the quality, functionality, compatibility and security you can reasonably expect of a service of this kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and give notice of planned downtime where we can. We promise no learning or employment outcome and no SCI score (clause 4.4).
16.3 Liability we never exclude
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct, for gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Cyprus law.
16.4 Cap on other liability
Subject to clauses 16.1 and 16.3, our total liability for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) €200.
16.5 Losses we are not liable for
Subject to clauses 16.1 and 16.3, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, anticipated savings or opportunity that was not reasonably foreseeable to both of us at the time of contracting.
16.6 Business Users
If you are not a Consumer, clause 16.1 does not apply, the cap in 16.4 stands, and the categories in 16.5 are excluded without the foreseeability qualification.
17. Indemnity
17.1 If you use the Platform in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession, you will indemnify the Company against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content or your unlawful conduct.
17.2 This indemnity does not apply to a Consumer acting as a Consumer, except for that Consumer's own unlawful conduct or deliberate infringement of a third party's rights. A Consumer's ordinary liability for breach is governed by the general law, not this clause.
18. Changes to these Terms
18.1 We may change these Terms — for new features, new law or security requirements.
18.2 For any material change adverse to you we give at least 30 days' notice by email and in the Platform, explaining what is changing and why.
18.3 If you do not accept it, you may terminate without penalty before it takes effect, and we refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription and the value of Credits bought with money.
18.4 We never vary these Terms unilaterally without notice and an exit route. Minor changes that do not affect your rights — corrections, clarifications, contact details — take effect on publication.
19. Complaints, ADR and dispute resolution
19.1 Talk to us first. Write to support@getlemma.io, or legal@getlemma.io for a formal complaint. We aim to acknowledge within 5 working days and resolve within 30 days.
19.2 Moderation complaints go through clause 12.6, not this clause.
19.3 The Company has not committed to using an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. You may still contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service (Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry), and find certified ADR bodies EU-wide through the Commission's consumer redress directory at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu and your national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
19.4 The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025; there is no ODR link to follow.
19.5 Nothing here requires you to arbitrate or waives your right to bring or join a collective action: we impose no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver on Consumers.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
20.2 The courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction and, where a district must be named, the Larnaca District Court.
20.3 Consumer carve-out. If you are a Consumer, clauses 20.1 and 20.2 do not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law where you habitually reside (Rome I, Reg. (EC) No 593/2008, Art. 6). You may sue us in the courts of your country of domicile, and we may sue you only there (Brussels I recast, Reg. (EU) No 1215/2012, Arts. 17–19).
20A. Users in the United Kingdom and the United States
20A.1 UK consumers. If you live in the UK, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 on the same terms as clause 7, and the statutory rights in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content and services, which these Terms do not limit. When the subscription contract rules in Part 4, Chapter 2 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 come into force (expected January 2027), we will give UK subscribers the reminder notices, renewal cooling-off period and easy exit those rules require.
20A.2 US consumers. Before you subscribe, the checkout shows clearly that the plan renews automatically, the amount, how often you will be charged, the next renewal date and that you can cancel at any time. We email a reminder before every renewal (7 days before a monthly renewal, 30 days before an annual one), and you can cancel online in your account settings at any time (California Business and Professions Code § 17600 et seq., as amended by AB 2863, and similar state laws; the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act).
20A.3 Nothing in clause 20 deprives a UK or US consumer of protection under mandatory consumer law where they live.
21. Miscellaneous
21.1 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a group company or a buyer of our business provided your rights are not reduced; we will tell you, and you may then terminate.
21.2 Severability. An unenforceable provision is modified to the minimum extent needed, or removed; the rest continues in force.
21.3 Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents in clause 1.4 are the whole agreement between us about the Platform. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it. Nothing here limits your remedies for anything said fraudulently.
21.4 Notices. We give notice to the email address on your account and, for material matters, in the Platform. You give notice to legal@getlemma.io. Notice takes effect when sent, or the next working day if sent out of hours.
21.5 Language. These Terms are drafted in English and the English version governs. If we provide a translation (for example in Russian), it is for convenience only; if the two differ, English prevails, except where mandatory law in your country of residence gives a different result.
21.6 Contact. SkillSwap Ltd, trading as Lemma, Larnaca, Cyprus — general support@getlemma.io; legal legal@getlemma.io; data protection privacy@getlemma.io (our privacy lead); security security@getlemma.io; illegal content abuse@getlemma.io.
