How do I prove my skills to clients as a freelancer?

Show the evidence behind each skill you sell, not only a portfolio of finished screens. Connect the repositories, Figma files or deployments you built, pass an adaptive assessment in each skill and add live sessions over time. A client then opens one Skills Passport link and sees the record, with dates.

What should a freelancer add to a Skills Passport first?

Can a client view my Passport without a Lemma account?

Can I keep some skills or records private from clients?

Yes. Visibility follows the sharing scope you choose. Records you have not published stay private to you, so you can show a design client your design work without exposing everything else.

How does my record stay current between projects?

Evidence carries the date it was demonstrated, and recent evidence counts for more. Connecting new work or completing a session keeps a skill current; a skill you have not used for a long time shows its age.
