Yes, in early access. A hiring team sends a candidate an assessment invite for one skill and gets back a scored, levelled result with an integrity decision. If the candidate shares a Passport, the team also sees the wider evidence behind each skill.

Is Lemma only for software developers?

No, but it focuses on technical and product work. The skill catalogue covers frontend, mobile, backend, data, infrastructure, design and product skills, from React and SQL to Figma and product management.
