Newcomer Tier
Definition
The entry-level trust tier for users who have just started verifying their skills. Newcomers have limited evidence but are actively building their verification history.
Why it matters
Everyone starts somewhere. The Newcomer tier acknowledges that new participants have real skills -- they just have not yet accumulated enough peer evidence to verify them.
How Lemma uses this
New Lemma users begin at the Newcomer tier. Completing even a few peer sessions begins the progression toward Proven tier as evidence accumulates.
