About Lemma
Lemma is the trust layer for skills. The platform lets people prove what they know through peer sessions, build a verifiable Skill Passport, and share it with employers who want to hire on demonstrated ability instead of credentials.
Every skill on Lemma is scored by the Skill Credibility Index (SCI), a transparent, event-sourced metric that combines session evidence, peer endorsements, external proofs, and consistency over time. SCI scores are portable, auditable, and cannot be bought.
