The Skill Credibility Index is not a black box. Every component is published and auditable.
SCI = Practice (0–25) + Proof (0–40) + Reliability (0–20) + Freshness (0–15), minus any Integrity penalty. The formula is versioned and deterministic – the same evidence always produces the same score.
