Evidence-Based Skills
Definition
A framework where skill claims are backed by observable, recorded evidence from peer sessions rather than self-assessment or test scores. Evidence is immutable and auditable.
Why it matters
Self-reported skills are unreliable. Evidence-based skills shift trust from claims to proof, giving employers confidence that a candidate can actually do what they say they can.
How Lemma uses this
Every peer session on Lemma generates immutable evidence events: what was demonstrated, who observed it, and what the outcome was. This evidence is the foundation of your SCI score.
