Skill Credibility Index
Definition
The full name for SCI. A quantitative measure of demonstrated skill competence, computed from peer session evidence, session quality signals, and consistency over time.
Why it matters
Numerical skill ratings without methodology are meaningless. The Skill Credibility Index uses a transparent, event-sourced computation model so users and employers understand what the number represents.
How Lemma uses this
Lemma computes your Skill Credibility Index using an event-sourced projection system. Every evidence event is replayed to produce a deterministic, auditable score.
